Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from Vilnius, Lithuania, by DPD. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. Once your parcel leaves us you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We do not currently deliver to Cyprus, Malta or outside the EU.
Delivery options and costs
Depending on your country you can choose delivery to a DPD parcel locker or pickup point, or delivery to your door. All prices include VAT.

Delivery times
After dispatch, DPD usually delivers within 1 to 2 working days in the Baltic states and Poland, 2 to 4 working days in most other EU countries, and 3 to 6 working days in southern and south-eastern Europe. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, email info@macamfilter.eu with your order number and we will sort it out with DPD.
